The Great Stillness

The Great Stillness is a photographic series which began with thought on what lies beneath paved city surfaces. Deep below exists a bedrock formed from geological activities such as volcanic eruptions and plate tectonics. Such phenomena may be occurring at this very moment, but with movement on a scale too grand for us to perceive.

This hand-bound book comes with reattachable photo cards which you can rearrange and place on different page backgrounds.
